New Mexico’s medical cannabis program is run by the state Department of Health. In general, you learn about qualifying requirements, complete the state’s official application with the required documentation, and receive your card from the state. I took my partner the next day and he spoke with Sydney who said Roxanne was a new employee and it was great to hear that the new employee was doing so well.
