Is cannabis legal to purchase in Ruidoso?
Yes. Adults 21 and older with a valid government-issued ID can legally purchase
cannabis in New Mexico.
Do effects feel stronger at this elevation?
At 6,420 feet above sea level, some guests notice cannabis feels slightly more
intense. We always recommend starting low and going slow, especially if you’re new
to either cannabis or altitude.
How much cannabis can I buy at once?
State law allows adults to purchase up to 2 ounces of flower, 16 grams of
concentrate, or 800mg of edibles at a time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer cash and debit/credit options (you must have a four digit PIN for Debit/Credit). We also have an ATM onsite. Fees apply to debit, credit, and ATM.
Can I shop if I’m from out of state?
Yes. As long as you are 21+ with a valid ID, you can legally purchase cannabis
in New Mexico, even if you live elsewhere.
Can I travel with cannabis after I leave?
Cannabis must stay within New Mexico. It is not legal to cross state lines with
cannabis products, even if it is legal where you are going.
